Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 19 July 2026

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to the My Animal Registry website, contact forms, registration applications, records, communications, payments, and related services. My Animal Registry is operated by Rebel Ranch Corporation.

My Animal Registry is intended primarily for privately owned animals that may not qualify for registration through a formal breed, pedigree, kennel, livestock, or other animal-registration organization.

The registry is a United States-based service. Unless an exception is approved in writing, registration services are intended for applicants located in the United States, U.S. territories or possessions, or using a U.S. APO, FPO, or DPO address, and for animals privately owned or maintained by those applicants.

Animal-registration applications, payments, and registration services are not yet available. This policy includes provisions that will apply when those services begin.

By accessing this website, submitting information, purchasing a service when services become available, or otherwise using My Animal Registry, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

1. Website Use and No Unsolicited Solicitations

4. Information We Collect

The contact form may collect a visitor's name, email address, optional U.S. telephone number, message, and any other information the visitor chooses to include.

When registration services begin, an application may collect the applicant's name, contact information, organization or ranch name, relationship to the animal, and information needed to identify and describe the animal.

Animal information may include the animal's name, species, breed or reported breed mix, sex, approximate or known birth date, color, markings, description, microchip, tattoo, brand, tag, band, license, other identification, and information from another registry.

Supporting documents or photographs should not be submitted unless My Animal Registry specifically requests or approves them. Applicants should submit only information relevant to the inquiry, application, correction, or requested service.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, bank-account information, passwords, or unrelated personal information through a form, email message, photograph, or supporting document.

Website hosting, security, form-processing, and related systems may automatically collect technical information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, date and time, requested page, referring page, and error or security information.

5. How Information Is Used and Shared

Personal information and registration information will not be sold, rented, or traded to outside parties for their independent advertising, marketing, telemarketing, or sales purposes.

Information may be provided to Rebel Ranch Corporation's owners, officers, contractors, professional advisers, and service providers who reasonably need it to provide a requested service, maintain the registry, process payments, provide technical services, prevent fraud, or conduct ordinary business operations.

Information may also be preserved, used, or disclosed when authorized by the person who submitted it, when necessary to complete a requested service, or when reasonably believed necessary to comply with law, legal process, a court order, or a lawful government request; investigate fraud or unlawful conduct; protect an animal or person; enforce these Terms; or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of My Animal Registry, its records, or related business assets, subject to applicable law.

6. Service Providers, Payments, and Cookies

My Animal Registry may use website-hosting companies, form processors, email providers, security services, file-storage services, backup providers, database providers, accounting services, printing or mailing services, payment processors, and other contractors necessary to operate the website and registry.

Information submitted through a website form may pass through systems operated by those providers before it is received by My Animal Registry. Providers may receive or process information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their services, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect their systems.

When paid services begin, payment-card information must be entered only into the approved payment processor's secure system. It must not be entered into a My Animal Registry contact form, registration application, correction request, other website form, or ordinary email.

A payment processor may collect the cardholder's name, billing information, payment-card information, transaction amount, device information, and other information needed to authorize and document a transaction. My Animal Registry may receive limited transaction information such as the payer's name, contact information, payment status, date, amount, refund status, and payment reference number.

My Animal Registry does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics tracking, visitor profiling, or similar technologies to track visitors across this website or other websites.

The hosting provider, security services, form processor, payment processor, or other providers may use necessary cookies, server logs, session information, scripts, or similar technologies to operate their systems, process forms or payments, prevent fraud, improve performance, or maintain security.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations. My Animal Registry and Rebel Ranch Corporation do not control their systems, policies, service availability, or actions.

7. Data Security and Retention

My Animal Registry uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Information may be processed or stored through website forms, hosting systems, email, payment processors, computers, servers, backup systems, offline records, and other business systems.

No website, email system, electronic transmission, payment processor, computer, or internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available. Visitors and applicants should submit only reasonably necessary information and retain their own copies of important records.

Information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to process an inquiry or application, maintain an animal-registration record, provide replacement records, document transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet accounting or tax requirements, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests.

Animal-registration records may be retained for an extended period because the purpose of the registry is to create and maintain a lasting record. Information may also remain in email archives, backups, logs, payment records, cached records, or systems operated by service providers after an active record is corrected or removed.

8. Corrections, Updates, and Information Removal

An owner, applicant, or authorized representative may request correction of inaccurate information, an update to owner contact information, or removal of information that should not have been submitted.

While the registry remains under development, requests should be submitted through the website contact form.

A request should identify the animal, registration number if known, information involved, requested change or removal, and the requester's relationship to the animal. My Animal Registry may require reasonable verification of identity, ownership, or authority.

A request may be denied or limited when retention is necessary to preserve the accuracy and integrity of the registry, document a prior transaction, prevent fraud, resolve an ownership dispute, maintain accounting or legal records, comply with law, establish or defend a claim, or protect legitimate rights.

Removing information from an active record may not immediately remove it from backups, logs, payment records, email archives, cached records, or service-provider systems.

9. Optional Newsletters and Email Updates

The contact form includes an optional, unchecked box that allows a visitor to request occasional newsletters and information about products, services, and resources that may be useful to animal owners.

Checking the box authorizes those optional communications. Leaving it unchecked authorizes only a response to the specific inquiry and other communications necessary to provide a requested service.

Registration, payment, ownership of an animal, or use of the website does not require a person to agree to receive optional newsletters or promotional email updates.

A person may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the message, replying with an unsubscribe request when appropriate, or submitting a request through the contact form.

Unsubscribing from optional updates does not prevent necessary communications concerning an inquiry, application, payment, registration record, correction request, security issue, legal notice, or other requested service.

10. Children and Parental Consent

Although this website is family-friendly, it is a general-audience website and is not directed toward collecting personal information from children under 13 years of age.

A child under 13 must not submit a form, payment, photograph, document, or other personal information through this website. A submission involving a child under 13 must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

For a minor age 13 through 17, an application, payment, correction request, ownership statement, or other request involving the minor's personal information or legal rights should be submitted by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian.

If My Animal Registry learns that a child's personal information was submitted without required parental or guardian involvement, reasonable steps may be taken to verify consent, restrict the information, or delete it, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.

11. Registration Records and Limitations

When registration services begin, an approved registration will create a private registry record based primarily on information and materials supplied by the applicant. It will include a My Animal Registry registration number and an emailed PDF certificate.

Registration does not independently certify or guarantee:

A My Animal Registry certificate is not a government-issued title, license, pedigree, health certificate, bill of sale, veterinary record, or legal determination of ownership.

12. Independent Registry and No Affiliation

My Animal Registry is an independent animal-registration service operated by Rebel Ranch Corporation.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or connected to any breed association, kennel club, cat registry, livestock registry, horse registry, pedigree organization, animal shelter, rescue organization, veterinary organization, insurance company, government agency, or other animal-registration organization unless a specific written statement expressly says otherwise.

References to another breed, registry, organization, standard, record, or document are for identification or informational purposes only.

If an animal qualifies for registration, licensing, certification, or required recordkeeping through another organization or agency, the owner should comply with that organization's or agency's requirements. My Animal Registry may be used only as an additional private record.

13. Applicant Responsibility and Registry Decisions

The applicant is responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading, and that they have lawful authority to submit information or materials concerning the animal and any other person identified in the application.

Unknown or approximate information must be identified as unknown or approximate. An estimated breed, type, birth date, age, or other detail must not be presented as verified fact.

Acceptance of an application does not mean that My Animal Registry independently investigated or verified every statement, description, estimated detail, or other item submitted by the applicant.

My Animal Registry may reject, delay, suspend, correct, restrict, cancel, or revoke an application or registration when information is false, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, unlawfully submitted, reasonably suspected of fraud, or cannot be reasonably clarified.

Action may also be taken when required information or payment is missing, the applicant does not respond to a reasonable request, ownership is disputed, the requested service falls outside the registry's scope, these Terms are violated, or processing could create a legal, security, or safety risk.

My Animal Registry may place a correction, restriction, cancellation status, or explanatory note on a record when necessary to preserve registry integrity. A registration number or certificate obtained through materially false, misleading, or unauthorized information may be declared invalid.

An owner or applicant is responsible for requesting a correction after discovering an error or material change in registration information.

14. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Registration services and payments are not yet available. Before paid services begin, current prices, available services, payment links, and processing information will be published on a separate Pricing page.

When paid services begin, full payment will be required before My Animal Registry reviews or performs work on an application, correction request, replacement certificate, or other paid service. Payment must be successfully completed through the approved payment method.

Prices and payments will be stated in United States dollars. Any currency-conversion charge, card-issuer fee, bank fee, or other payment-related fee charged by another party will be the responsibility of the person making the payment.

Payment will not guarantee approval. Fees may cover the time and expense involved in reviewing, processing, clarifying, correcting, communicating about, or maintaining an application or record.

Once review or processing has begun, a fee may become nonrefundable unless My Animal Registry determines that a refund is appropriate or applicable law requires one.

Duplicate payments, failed payments, declined payments, reversed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or payment disputes may delay or stop processing and may result in suspension or cancellation of the related application, registration, certificate, or service.

Prices, available services, payment methods, and refund terms may change for future orders. A later change will not retroactively increase the price of a completed transaction.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, forms, information, records, and services are provided on an “as available” basis. My Animal Registry and Rebel Ranch Corporation do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete security, or freedom from delays, technical failures, lost transmissions, or third-party service interruptions.

My Animal Registry relies substantially on information supplied by applicants and third parties. My Animal Registry and Rebel Ranch Corporation are not responsible for losses caused by false, incomplete, outdated, disputed, misleading, or unauthorized information submitted by another person.

Registration records are provided for animal identification, documentation, and private recordkeeping. They are not a substitute for veterinary care, legal advice, government licensing, animal-control compliance, insurance documentation, genetic testing, formal pedigree registration, a bill of sale, an ownership agreement, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Animal Registry, Rebel Ranch Corporation, and their owners, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of data, loss of an animal, loss of use, loss of reputation, or losses resulting from reliance on a registration record or third-party website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to My Animal Registry for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to These Terms and Policy

My Animal Registry may revise these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective or updated date. A change will become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

Continued use of the website or services after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid service or registration will be applied as permitted by law and any controlling agreement.

17. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and any dispute arising from or relating to the My Animal Registry website, records, services, or Rebel Ranch Corporation's operation of My Animal Registry, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without applying a rule that would require the law of another jurisdiction to govern.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any lawsuit or legal proceeding arising from or relating to this website, these Terms, My Animal Registry services, or Rebel Ranch Corporation's operation of My Animal Registry shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state court located in Cañon City, Colorado, or, when federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, regardless of where the user, applicant, owner, customer, or other claimant resides or is located.

When permitted by the federal court's rules and case-assignment procedures, a federal proceeding shall be heard at the United States Courthouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waives any objection based on improper venue or an inconvenient forum, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

18. Contacting My Animal Registry

Questions about these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, privacy, registration records, corrections, payments, refunds, optional email updates, or other My Animal Registry matters should be submitted through the website contact form.

For privacy and security, My Animal Registry does not publish a telephone number or mailing address online. A person submitting a request may be asked to provide enough information to verify identity, ownership, authority, or the record involved.
